Wills and Power of Attorneys
At Notary Point, we provide notarization services for Wills and Powers of Attorney. When preparing to notarize your will, ensure that it is fully completed and meets the legal standards in Ontario. Additionally, any updates to your will or power of attorney should be made prior to notarization, and the document should clearly reflect your intentions.
When notarizing your will or power of attorney, you will need to bring two witnesses who are over the age of 18, as well as the notary and any beneficiaries or executors. After verifying the identities of all parties, the notary will inform everyone that they will witness the signatures and authenticate the document.
